Jill Davis, MA, PCC
Jill is a strategic planner and former Federal executive with over 20 years experience as a change agent, leader and diagnostician of organizational conditions and needs. She was Director of the Engineer Strategic Studies Center for 4 years and Director of Strategic Planning for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Four years ago, she added individual and team coaching to her change-management tool kit. Jill’s greatest strengths are designing large-scale problem solving projects, inspiring teams to envision change, and coaching executives and teams to achieve greater effectiveness and joy. She also works with executives and middle managers that seek to achieve higher levels of success and fulfillment within their corporate environment. executives.
