Paula Fontana, ACC
Paula lives in Sao Paulo Brazil and has worked for 17 years in Human Resources with planning and human resources development in the petrochemical (ICI), telecommunication (Ericcson), food (Sandia) and consultancy sectors. Paula is bi-lingual and majored in Psychology with extension in Business Administration and Organizational Changing Management. She has been responsible for high level executive searches, high potential identification, competencies management, performance evaluation, executive succession, implementation of executive education processes such as leadership and strategy. She has been awarded corporate coach certification by the International Coach Federation. She participated in After-Career Preparation projects involving competences and management and training actions in business planning, business ownership and work-life balance.
